CL1CK Tracking Code Installation Guide For Shopify Websites

Hi there, here’s your step-by-step guide for installing the CL1CK tracking code on your Shopify website. For any questions, reach out to us at hello@cl1ck.ai.
Step 1: Go to your CL1CK Tracking Settings page on the left sidebar of your selected site.
Step 2: Click on Copy to copy the Tracking Code to your clipboard.
Step 3: Visit your Shopify Admin dashboard.
Step 4: Click on Online Store under Sales Channels in the sidebar.
Step 5: On your current theme, click on Actions and then select Edit Code.
Step 6: Within the Layout folder, click on theme.liquid.
Step 7: Scroll down the theme.liquid page until you've found the </head> closing tag.
Some themes will use a variation of the <head> </head> tags such as {/head}, [/header], or other variations of [/head]. These all work in the same way.
Tip: To search for </head>: click into the code and press CTRL + F on Windows or command + F on Mac.
Step 8: Paste your CL1CK Tracking Code just before the closing </head> tag.
Step 9: Click on Save to apply the changes.
Step 10: Now, click on Settings inside the Shopify Admin sidebar.
Step 11: Click on Checkout and scroll down until you reach Additional Scripts.
Step 12: Paste your CL1CK Tracking Code in the text field.
Step 13: Click Save.
Step 14: Visit your website and wait for a few seconds till it fully loads.
You're done! You now have access to all CL1CK tools.
